- What type of file will I receive?
YOU WILL RECEIVE A 4.15 GB, 1080P FILE.
- How many downloads do I get?
LIMITED TO 4 PER CUSTOMER. EACH PURCHASE COMES WITH 1 DOWNLOAD.
- How can I view my digital download?
FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE RETRIEVING YOUR FILES, WE RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING YOUR DIGITAL FILES TO A DESKTOP COMPUTER. FROM THERE, YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO TRANSFER FILES TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE. NOT ALL MOBILE DEVICES ARE COMPATIBLE TO DOWNLOAD THESE FILES DIRECTLY.

- When will I receive my digital download file?
You will receive your digital download file on May 24, 2024. You will receive your order confirmation email at time of purchase, and the digital download file will be sent out to you on May 24, 2024.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY DIGITAL FILES?
TO ACCESS YOUR FILES ON AN IOS DEVICE, YOU’LL NEED TO FIRST DOWNLOAD TO A DESKTOP COMPUTER AND THEN TRANSFER THE FILES TO YOUR DEVICE. UNFORTUNATELY, IOS DEVICES DON’T ALLOW YOU TO DOWNLOAD MUSIC FILES DIRECTLY TO YOUR PHONE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES ON YOUR ANDROID PHONE:
- TO ACCESS THE ALBUM ON YOUR PHONE, FOLLOW THE LINK PROVIDED AND CLICK "DOWNLOAD"
- YOU WILL THEN BE TAKEN TO THE DOWNLOADED FOLDER AND YOU WILL THEN NEED TO CLICK "EXTRACT ALL"
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES ON YOUR DESKTOP COMPUTER:
- OPEN THE DOWNLOADED FOLDER (IN MOST CASES, THE FOLDER NAME WILL END WITH .ZIP)
- CLICK "EXTRACT ALL"
- ONCE THE FILM IS FINISHED DOWNLOADING, A NEW FOLDER WILL POP UP WITH THE FILE.
- YOU CAN THEN COPY AND PASTE THE ALBUM TO YOUR DESKTOP OR MOBILE DEVICE.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY DIGITAL FILM PURCHASE?

DIGITAL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL DOWNLOADABLE OR STREAMABLE FILES ARE FINAL, COMPLETE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE ABLE TO REFUND THE PORTION OF YOUR ORDER THAT CONTAINS THE DIGITAL FILM.
- IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE ACCESSING THE FILE, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AND WE’LL MAKE SURE YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR FILE ASAP.
VIDEO RENTAL FAQ
I've purchased tickets to the rental. How do I access it?
Visit the rental page HERE, and log into the account you set up during your checkout process.
How can I create an account if I don't have one yet?
You can create your account HERE. Please use the same email that you used for placing your order. Also, make sure the email you use matches the one associated with your chosen payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). All available payment methods are listed on the site.
I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If you're experiencing issues logging in or resetting your password, you might need to create your account. If you didn't log in while purchasing your ticket, an account wouldn't have been automatically created.
Can I watch the rental video on my TV?
Yes, the rental can be viewed on your TV, but note that the casting will start until the stream does. Here's how:

TV with web browser app: Open the browser app on your TV, navigate to the rental streaming page, sign in, and start watching.

Apple TV or Chromecast: Connect your device to the TV, open the rental page on a browser on your mobile device or computer, sign in, and start watching. For detailed instructions, refer to the Chromecast guide or the Apple TV guide.
Note: Due to Apple restrictions, iOS devices cannot Cast or Airplay directly from the Chrome web browser. However, you can use Airplay through Safari on iOS for Apple TV and other devices supporting Airplay. For more details, please refer to the system requirements here.
